# Customer dashboard

Questions about signing in, allowed origins, API-key safety, usage, and invoicing.

If you already know what you want to do and just need the steps, the [**Customer dashboard tour**](/account-and-billing/platform-overview.md) walks you through the most common actions.

## Signing in and getting help

<details>

<summary>Where can I get help with my Triton account?</summary>

You can contact us anytime through the support channel on your [customer dashboard](https://customers.triton.one).

</details>

<details>

<summary>Why can't I sign in with Google?</summary>

Google single sign-on is off by default for customer organizations. Support can turn it on for your organization. Then link a Google account with the same email as your Triton account from your user profile with **Add Google Single Sign-On**, and sign in with Google after that. Until then, sign in with your username or email and your password.

Support can also require Google sign-in, as separate settings for new and existing members:

* **New members:** register with Google instead of choosing a password.
* **Existing members:** anyone who hasn't linked Google is sent to Google at their next sign-in. Password sign-in and password reset don't work for them.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Why won't my email work to sign in?</summary>

The login form takes your username or the email address on your account. Enter it, click **Continue**, then enter your password. If the email isn't recognized, try your username instead. If you've forgotten your password, click **Forgot your password?** below the form, enter your username or email, and we'll send you a reset link.

</details>

## Account security

<details>

<summary>How can I add domains to the allowed origins?</summary>

In your customer dashboard, click into the mainnet subscription. On the right, click the endpoint name to open its settings. Under **Allowed origins**, click **Add origin**, enter the hostname, and save. All subdomains are automatically allowed. Each endpoint takes up to 5 active origins by default.

</details>

<details>

<summary>I exposed my API key. What should I do?</summary>

Replace it straight away. With the operator role, add a new token to the subscription in your customer dashboard and deactivate the exposed one. Otherwise, contact us through the support channel on your customer dashboard and we'll issue a new one and deactivate the exposed key.

</details>

<details>

<summary>How does Triton secure dedicated node endpoints?</summary>

Dedicated node endpoints use:

* **API keys:** unique per client, revocable from the [customer dashboard](https://customers.triton.one).
* **Rate monitoring:** alerts for unusual spikes to detect misuse.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Can I have multiple API keys for the dedicated nodes? Can I manage them by myself?</summary>

Yes. If you have an operator role, you should be able to add them yourself.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Should I whitelist a domain or an IP?</summary>

We don’t whitelist IPs. **Backends** (servers, scripts, bots, gRPC) use a secret token: in the URL path for JSON-RPC and WebSocket, or in an `x-token` header for gRPC. **Browser frontends** can’t hide a token in client code, so whitelist your domain via the endpoint’s allowed-origins list instead. Mobile and native apps have no browser origin to whitelist, so they use a token too; route calls through your own backend so it isn’t shipped in the app. See [Auth and security](/security/authentication.md).

</details>

## Billing and usage

<details>

<summary>How do I top up my balance?</summary>

In your customer dashboard, click **Buy Credits** under **Current Balance** or in the sidebar, or go to **Billing** → **Buy credits**.

1. **Enter Amount:** type the deposit in USD and click **Next**. The minimum is shown under the field.
2. **Payment:** the dashboard shows what you send in USDC, the deposit plus Coinflow's processing fee. Then pay in the Coinflow checkout:
   1. Under **Select token and chain**, pick the chain you send from, for example Solana, Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum or Optimism. The checkout opens set to USDC on Ethereum, so change it first if you send from another chain.
   2. Send the USDC amount shown to the **Transfer Address**.
   3. Click **Deposit complete**.

If you'd rather pay by card or wire, switch to invoiced billing.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Can I set up low-balance notifications?</summary>

Yes. Open your customer dashboard, go to **Billing**, toggle alerts on, and set a threshold (for example, $10). When your balance hits that amount, every user on the account gets a notification.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Where can I see my usage?</summary>

In your customer dashboard, open the **Billing** tab. You'll see total requests and GB used (the two dimensions you're billed on), plus a per-service breakdown table below with product-level detail. To export it, click **Export CSV** in the top-right corner.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Why did my gRPC bill spike all at once?</summary>

gRPC streaming is metered when the connection closes. If you hold a stream open for several hours or a day, the full bandwidth charge is applied to your account once it disconnects.

Also, usage data refreshes every \~4 hours, so you can expect a lag between actual traffic and what's reflected in the dashboard.

</details>

## Invoicing and payments

<details>

<summary>When will I receive my invoice, and what period does it cover?</summary>

If you're on a pay-as-you-go plan, you can top up your account in the [customer dashboard](https://customers.triton.one) any time.

If you receive invoices, you get one invoice on the first day of each month that combines:

* **Fixed charges for dedicated nodes and expected monthly use of shared RPC** billed in advance for the upcoming month's services.
* **Any overages** from the previous month's usage.

Both appear as separate lines on the same invoice.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Is there a due date for paying the invoice?</summary>

Invoices are due 7 days after the issue date unless your agreement says otherwise.

</details>

<details>

<summary>What payment methods do you support?</summary>

For invoiced customers, we accept:

* USDC (SPL on Solana, ERC-20 on Ethereum, Tron, Polygon). USDC on Solana is preferred.
* ACH bank transfers via Coinflow
* Credit cards via Coinflow
* Wire transfers in GBP and USD

For pay-as-you-go, we accept USDC only.

</details>

<details>

<summary>How do I cancel my subscription?</summary>

For pay-as-you-go customers, you can just stop using the service. Your prepaid balance stays valid for one year and expires after that. There's nothing to cancel.

For invoiced customers, give one calendar month's notice through the support channel in your [customer dashboard](https://customers.triton.one).

</details>

<details>

<summary>Do you offer refunds?</summary>

Prepaid pay-as-you-go balances are non-refundable. Your prepaid balance stays valid for 12 months and you can keep using it; invoiced customers can cancel with one calendar month’s notice.
