## Where things are

| In the sidebar                          | What's there                                                                                         |

| **Home** | **Quick start guide**, your **Subscriptions** and **Organizations**, and your profile (**User**) |
| Your organization | Tabs: **Organization** (subscriptions and users), **Metrics**, **Billing** |
| A subscription, under your organization | **RPC / gRPC Tokens** and **Endpoints**, plus **Metrics** and **Billing** for that subscription only |
| **Buy Credits** (pay-as-you-go) | Top up your balance |

<div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="https://1114586215-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FoQO86QYVpwvJExgmA0oK%2Fuploads%2FOpOPSQ2rceF0MbDonYXM%2F01-home-sidebar.png?alt=media&amp;token=fa177562-c284-4141-9ad5-5de589c5cffc" alt="" width="563"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

Access is grouped into subscriptions. The **Type** column under **Home** → **Subscriptions** shows each one's chain and network, for example **Solana Mainnet**.

## Endpoints and tokens

Open a subscription:

* **Endpoint:** under **Endpoints** → **Hostname(s)**. Click the endpoint to rename it or edit its **Allowed origins**.
* **Token:** under **RPC / gRPC Tokens**, click the token and copy **Secret token**. Or click **Copy** under **Connection String for Endpoint** for the full URL with the token.
* **Test a request (shared Solana subscriptions):** **Home** → **Quick start guide** → **Endpoints and tokens**. Pick a subscription, endpoint, and method, then click **Send Request**.
* **No Endpoints card?** The subscription has no endpoints yet. Contact support to add one.
* **Disabled tokens and endpoints:** hidden while **Hide disabled** is ticked.

To turn an endpoint on or off, use its switch under **Endpoints** (pay-as-you-go accounts). Turning on an endpoint with no allowed origins adds `__blocked.rpcpool.com`, which keeps browsers out, so only requests with a token work. Don't remove it.

With the default standard role, contact support to create or delete tokens, add endpoints or chains, or change rate limits. Users with the operator role can create and delete tokens.

### Allowed origins

To let a website call your endpoint without a token, add its domain.

{% stepper %}
{% step %}

#### Open the endpoint

Click the endpoint, then **Add origin** under **Allowed origins**.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

#### Enter the hostname

Enter it without `https://`, for example `app.example.com`.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

#### Save

Click **Save**.
{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

* To stop allowing a site, switch the toggle next to its origin off and click **Save**.
* Saved origins can't be deleted.
* By default an endpoint can have up to 5 active origins. Contact support for more.

## Usage and costs

* To investigate errors, use **Metrics** → **Number of Failed Requests by Status Code/Method**.
* In **Billing** → **Usage charts**, **Product Breakdown** lists requests, bandwidth, and cost per product.

## Balance and payments

{% tabs %}
{% tab title="Pay-as-you-go" %}

* **Balance:** shown in the organization header and on **Billing**.
* **Top up:** **Buy Credits** under **Current Balance** or in the sidebar, or **Billing** → **Buy credits**. Pay in USDC through Coinflow, on the chain you pick at checkout. The processing fee is shown before you pay.
* **Low-balance alert:** **Billing** → turn on **Low balance notifications** → set a threshold in USD → **Save**. Every user in the organization gets one email when the balance drops to the threshold.
* **History:** **Billing** → **Transactions** → **Daily usage summary**, with credits and debits per day.
* **At zero:** the organization is deactivated and every user gets the email "Organization Deactivated: Your Triton RPC balance has been depleted". Topping up with **Buy Credits** reactivates it.
  {% endtab %}

{% tab title="Invoiced" %}

* **Invoices:** **Billing** → **Invoices** → **View** or **Download**.
* **Pay an invoice:** at [customers.triton.one/pay-invoice](https://customers.triton.one/pay-invoice), enter the invoice number, amount, and receipt email, then pay by card, ACH, or USDC.
  {% endtab %}
  {% endtabs %}
